Privacy policy
Updated September 23, 2026. What we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
1. Who we are
pilotosolo is the brand behind the digital product "Firm on Autopilot". Privacy contact: pilotosolo.co@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Site visits: pages viewed, country, device type and referrer, through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
- Campaign source (UTM): if you arrive through a link with campaign parameters, we keep them in your browser for up to 30 days and pass them to checkout, so we know which post or ad led to the sale.
- Meta Pixel: when active, it records events such as page views, clicks on the buy button and copies of the free template, to measure and target ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may use cookies for this under its own data policy.
- Purchases: name, email and payment details are collected and processed by Whop, our payment platform. We never see your card number.
- Messages: if you message us on social media, the conversation runs through that platform and, on Instagram, through ManyChat.
3. How we use it
To deliver what you bought, provide support, send purchase emails, measure which content and ads work, and show ads to similar people. We do not sell your data.
4. Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site and the sale: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Whop (payments and product access), Meta (ads and social), ManyChat (automated messages) and Google (email).
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to pilotosolo.co@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days. To block the Pixel, use the ad settings in your Meta account or a browser blocker.
6. How long we keep it
Purchase records for as long as tax and consumer rules require. Browsing and campaign data for as long as the tools above keep it (in your browser, up to 30 days).
